Dear John Acres is a recently opened venue in Wabash County.  We are currently booking events in 2023 and 2024 for all of life’s celebrated occasions.

Nestled among established farmland, Dear John Acres’ picturesque backdrop includes a mature woods and plenty of open grass.  Walking into the mortise and tenon barn, the eye is drawn to two steel wheels of yesteryear, now decorated and hanging from the loft, and beyond to the charm of the time-tested craftsmanship of the structure.

The barn’s updated lighting includes caged Edison bulbs underneath the haymows, spotlights that showcase the interior’s height, and string lights throughout that give a soft glow – allowing many options to fit the desired lighting of each event.
